Yes unlucky, if they’d timed their jumps better they'd have both got one, probably gold and silver, as the 2 in front were bang on target whilst we were both 10 centremetres +behind which was the winning margin in the end.

That could have been gold for GB in the 4 x 400m relay if the bloke on the second leg hadn't forgotten which lane he was supposed to be aiming for!

The good old British roads are causing havoc with the bike road race today. Pot holes, patched up road jobs and speed bumps everywhere are causing a huge amount of punctures, ruining the race.

From first to fourth with the very last dive of the competition!
The commentator was right when he described it as an 'absolute shocker'.
All they had to do was not fall in!
