I'd settle for a starting quality CDM like Ndombele or Rodrigo and then players who can challenge for a starting spot. Such as Max Aarons for Danilo. Angelino for Delph. Tah for Otamendi. Young players that can do a job on this level, and hopefully become good enough to start in the future.

Looks like we're in for Bruno Fernandes which is a good thing although a bit unneccesary in my opinion. Foden looks ready to take over Gündogans role in my opinion. I'd rather take someone like Chukwueze from Villareal that could offer some healthy competition in both striker and wingers, or Ziyech that can play everything in midfield as well as winger.
