Seriously, it’s one of the states where not all the delegates have to vote the same way, and the Dems have won a group of counties that gives them 1 electoral college vote out of the 4.
It splits the electoral college votes it gives. Trump won 3, Biden won 1.

The biggest irony is Arizona, McCain has come back from the dead to seemingly have the last laugh on Trump.
Jo Jorgensen seems to have given Biden the state. Same happened with Trump and the Green Party somewhere in 2016

To anyone that doesn’t see the point in voting; 5 million votes cast, 4000 deciding it.
Some states don't operate an "all or nothing" take on their electoral college votes. Remember that in the US, the President is not elected by how many votes he gets from the populace but how many votes he gets from the Electoral College.
Whereas many states say that they'll give all of the votes to the candidate that wins the popular vote, others operate in a different shared system. Biden won enough of the area to take one vote of the electoral college.
The purpose of this is to maintain the Union of States idea. The US is not supposed to be a single country but in fact a collection of states who unify under a central republic. It allows rural and smaller state voters to not be overwhelmed by city voters in larger states.
