Giuliani will take it on, as he's the most credible lawyer to explain why it was a scam.

However, as this implies that millions of his donors will suddenly see the light, it's unlikely, and I assume caveat emptor applies (probably more in this case, as a snake oil salesman can be done for false claims about the snake oil's healing powers, but Trump has actually told them where the money was going).
 
so Donald is trying to scam his supporter base so he can pay off, I presume, his international debts so he can get out of the country just before the inauguration probably to Russia where he can't be extradited?

Hmmm - remember Farage's scheme? Gimme money to get on the short list to be a UKIP candidate then it was - I am not gonna bother we go all in behind Johnson? Don't think any of them saw any of that cash back and I haven't heard of any class actions over here.......quite often the conned are too embarrassed to out themselves as having been conned.

The small print says that 75% of donations up to $5000 for each transaction goes to his “Save America” PAC which is nominally for his yet to be announced 2024 campaign and is nothing to do with legal action relating to the 2020 election. The reality is that this PAC is a slush fund for Trump.

The margin between Reagan and Carter in 1980 was 8.5 million. However he is right that this was not a close election. Trump was well and truly beat. The real stat is that he got the largest share of the vote at 51.3% since 1932. The margin was less than quite a few because the 3rd candidate didn’t get many votes.

Plus I’d imagine you’d be man enough to hold your hands up if you called something 100% wrong and had spent 3 or 4 years taking the piss out of people for something they believed that turned out to be very true. Probably.
 


Now it’s got out some of these GOP members are saying their names were added without their consent. Not like Trumpers to ignore rules of consent...

More than a few were adamant that Trump was a good thing for the USA, but they dwindled in the three and a half years leaving only a few people, who were either on the wind-up, or utterly f*cking deluded.

There were also those who were adamant that his re-election would be much more palatable than Biden. Again, either WUM's or deluded.

I'd say history will judge, but I don't think we need history to tell us that Trump has been nothing but a disaster. All that remains to come out in the goodness of time will be just how bad the corruption was, and how far it reached.
