What happens to cults when their leaders fade away? Is this Scientology or is this Jim Jones? To me it’s a cult of personality. Trump will be more voiceless, more toothless, and in big legal trouble. Only the wackiest of the wackos are on a plane to DC to participate in tomorrow’s dumbfuckery. Keep the faith.

US politics is intriguing. So divisive and it results in 50% of the population either cheering or crying. The sad reality is that whoever gets power won't change a thing. Homelessness will still be rampant, poor communities (black and white) will remain poor, school shootings will still occur, political corruption etc etc. Crazy that people on both sides of politics are willing to trash their own cities and stab their neighbours over politicians who don't give a shit about them.

Even Bernie understands the perfect is the enemy of the good, but a strong swing to the left...which in America would be considered solidly Tory territory!...would return some semblance of “of, for, and by the people” life in America.

As for what to do about it...

It’s all talk in this video. If the seatbelt sign is ON (which I’m sure the FAs have called for) and someone gets up, then commands and instructions need to be given. From there, you have something actionable. If there is ANY physical altercation, then there are NUMEROUS CRAPPY JAILS between Texarse and DC!

While I can’t disclose Security Info, we have thresholds that create actions. You don’t want to become the guy who triggers those thresholds. Ruins your day AND your bank balance...and that’s before talk about the FEDERAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT that will be filed with the FBI and follow you around for life.

I live behind a bulletproof door so I can get the aircraft on the ground from 35,000 feet in under 10 minutes. That’s not a long time for the realization of your stupid cabin actions to sink in. Once those throttles come back and we deviate from our flight plan, the Feds want answers. “Joe Bloggs” is the answer, and if that’s your name, your life just changed irrevocably.

Since 9/11, the rules changed and there’s a strict “Don’t fuck around!” policy wrt aviation and esp airborne threats or actions.

That looks like 737 with a Sky interior, but maybe American Airlines, because we don’t have seat back screens anymore due to free streaming from an onboard database, so I don’t think it’s anyone I know upfront.

From the look and sound of the pax, it might as well be the short bus with square wheels (Americanism!).

What’s silly about it? Do you honestly think the homeless issues in SF or LA will get better anytime soon? Do you think political corruption will magically stop because Dems have power?
I’m all for trying to find the best solutions to issues facing society but I’m not one to wank myself silly if my ‘side’ wins and I sure as shit aint going to trash my community if they lose...because nothing much ever changes, whoever is in charge. Politics is too overhyped in the US and it creates a lot of division and hate. I don’t think that’s healthy.

Why would I give constructive feedback. There are literally hundreds of pages, thousands even, dating back years where posters discuss the relative merits and policies of the two parties. You have chosen not to participate in any of that and have instead come on here to display your complete lack of ignorance whilst thinking we applaud you for your lack of clue.

It’s because of people that think “they’re all the same” that we get people like Trump elected to the highest office.

Look at it this way, you know Man City, you understand the club, it’s players, it’s ethos, it’s fans. You’ve taken the time to understand and know all of those thing. Now it some Spuds fan came on the forum and said “You’re just like PSG or Red Bull. You’re a plastic club with no fans.” - would you congratulate him on his lazy repetition of media/fan stereotypes or would you tell him that he hadn’t a fucking clue?
