Correct, assuming he wins NV and AZ. AZ has not been called by everyone yet and we won't know NV until Thursday. Biden leading both places and most of the uncounted ballots in AZ are in Phoenix which has been the most massive turnaround of any major city from the 2016 election, AND within the city (county of Maricopa actually) there are a ton of early votes, which have also gone heavily for Biden.
