PA still has 6% of the vote to count and most of them are coming from Philly. Philly has only processed 89% of their ballots and the last batch they reported went 10,839 for Biden to 467 for Dumb Donald.

There is just short of 19,000 votes to count in Georgia, Biden's going to need about 11,500 of those. Seems very doable, going to be tight though, recount almost certain.
