I hope the next time we see a Government stooge on TV doing a Wenger and refusing to acknowledge Trumps pathetic antics - they are asked about the Conservative Party’s paid strategist - Steve Bannon‘s comments re Fauci’s beheading!

Trump: We have fresh evidence from West Philadelphia that a couple of guys are up to no good, starting to make trouble in the neighbourhood, Don got in one little fight cos he got scared, And said 'we're coming in with lawyers, be prepared'. He pulled up to the polls around 7 or 8 and said 'stop the count' it's getting late....

Trevor Noah (and probably the ten people he stole from) wants to have a word!

I obviously can’t verify this account but it does match a few verified ones I have seen written elsewhere about this sort of bad faith interference masquerading as “poll monitoring”.

This is the sort of thing many of us predicted would happen, and it is not a new or particular surprising tactic. But it is still infuriating to hear accounts and to just know it is happening and I thought it offered additional context for people outside of the US trying keep up with what is happening.

Several GOP poll watchers in some states have also been denied access because they refused to wear masks, then they claimed prevention of access.

The best was where they wheeled out that old lady in Arizona or Nevada who claimed someone else voted for her. The state then responded in that she could dispute her vote, she refused!

It's all BS, the PA SoS said yesterday she has only heard of a single attempt of voting fraud in the last year.

The Nevada election official actually called out they “old lady denied” claim during his live press conference yesterday.

As I said in my earlier post, these tactics are nothing new, but they are still a blight on the process.
