My Google-foo disputes this assertion. A 55% or-so majority vote among US military personnel in favor of Trump is what I'd expect.

So looks like we can call it:

Biden wins by 2 or 3 of the ultra tight swing states (i.e. you need to reverse more than 1 of the wins there and he still wins it even reversing Pen which is a biggie).

He will have 306 collage votes.
