He went from 2/1 on the day, to 1/3 at his peak, even higher briefly. And that peak lasted well into the next day. I wasn't prepared for that. Even though I knew postals were coming, the whole picture looked pretty settled in Don's favour. Not for the first time, I'm damned glad I didn't try and play, because I would have backed biden at 1.5, and in no way would my winnings have made up for the added stress of the rollercoaster ride.

You should have listened to me when Trump was odds on:
Because a bookie's odds are a product of where the money is going.

At present, Georgia has Trump well ahead, but not everyone understands that the late counted votes are from the more urban areas and postal votes and tend to lean heavily Biden.

Newt Gingrich is just talking absolute utter shite.... More so than anyone i've seen. Want's to cancel votes from loads of counties because maybe there was fraud, but he doesn't know there was, so best to cancel them. Coz he saw it in a film once...
That cvnt was the beginning of all this right-wing lunacy back in the day. I don’t believe in hell, but he needs to go there along with 99% of the gop.

I think you would struggle to make a case for this before the election, but after seeing the efforts he has gone too to subvert democratic processes to maintain his power, this arguement is dead in the water.

I'm not referring to his worst excesses - more things like the 'I could call the BP CEO no problem, I could get that money, sell him a permit, I'd get that money' story that went around. He was saying how he didn't want to do it. There are quite a few examples of this. Shooting someone and getting away with it. He definitely wasn't saying that was a good thing. When people have a hate figure in mind, winding that audience up pays off handsomely for the media. Sometimes, we are the ones not quite doing our research.

I mean, he was heavily criticised for saying he'd won on the night. But the grammatical content of his remark was hardly significantly different in content to some of the statements made by the Biden camp.

Damocles a long time ago said we needed to calm down. He was right. Unfortunately, due to the high emotional and psychological demands involved in admitting that to myself, and finding the kernel of truth, whilst still understanding and being true to my POV that Damocles needed to understand the truths in why some of us truly feared and loathed him, I never really was able to, until a few days back, when I made peace with the chance of America more or less mandating another four years of Trump's willfully divisive and destructive attacks on fairness and the practice of mutual respect between individuals, and his sustained attacks on the institutions that protect citizens regardless of their affiliation or any other facet of their identity or status.

He's accused the democrats of electoral fraud and rigging an election with no evidence, he is a total disgrace mate.

Yeah and that's what I mean by his worst excesses. But it's not a coincidence to me that the media only showed the courage to call him out on stuff AFTER it looks like he's on the out.

He was savaged for his nightly covid pressers which turned into an election pitch and bragging session , it is not just now it has been all year , CNN have been fearless and the women journo's used to shout him down in pressers , the men were meek in comparison
