You deserve to have to watch every single Donald Trump public appearance tied to a chair with your eyes held open like A Clockwork Orange. Failing that, maybe live and raise kids here, maybe try to teach them right from wrong while the President uses Twitter for four years the way he has.

Then you get back to us with that “right from wrong” horseshit.
No point ranting at me about the choice you all made four years ago. I, along with most of the free world realised what trump was by the time we'd seen half an episode of The Apprentice. It's you and your countrymen that apparently needed to give him a stint in the oval office to make sure you knew 'right from wrong'.

This is pissing me off. Would those of you who bring up “court cases” please precisely cite exactly what court cases you are talking about — plaintiff, defendant, issue, alleged illegal/wrong activity, remedy, jurisdiction and consequences depending on outcome?

Oh, you don’t know? Right. You don’t. Neither does Trump. Until then the proper conclusion is this is an empty threat done, as someone else mentioned correctly, solely to give Donald Trump — not his idiot cult members — DONALD FUCKING TRUMP — a rationale to claim that he didn’t lose. There’s no “strategy” to keep the “movement” together to bridge to 2024 or keep the fire burning for one of his genetically-impaired offspring.

I mean it's brilliant in terms of turnout and engagement - Biden has polled the most votes ever, and the loser (Trump) still got more than even Obama did. Even Kanye got 60k! What I see as a problem for the US is that the flip side of this spectacular level of engagement is that whichever way it went the debate has been so polarised that 70m-ish folk are pissed off. The size of the Trump vote suggests it's not just the Neo-Nazi's and Deliverance types that thought he was a good idea either - there are not that many of them (hopefully). I'm not especially worried about violence - I'm sure there will be a minority of idiots who will do bad things as that is part of the human condition. My concern is that the division in the US is more powerful than even Brexit was here and will take a lot of healing.
There is only one person to blame for that.

Link below. Literally all I've heard about the case and I'm asking purely because this guy is pretty neutral and analytical politically as far as I can tell (albeit a reformed islamist thats done time!). His point btw is not that Trump has a decent case really, or that he should have won. This was a few hours ago - before Biden declared I think so may actually be a load of old bollocks tbf, but if not it does seem that it is not reported elsewhere, although I've not really looked beyond the bbc tbh.

Try looking beyond the BBC.

It’s all going to fizzle out.

Is there any point in polls before elections now?

seems like very election/ vote they’ve got completely wrong and it’s clear millions of people either don’t tell the truth or aren’t asked

It’s all about stirring up his base and inciting trouble in the streets.

I don’t even think it’s that. It’s simply he can’t accept losing. If he has a chance to worm his way out of it, he’ll do whatever it takes to do that, whatever the consequences.

As a result, his disciples will do as you say, sadly.

What would be poetic would be if the total margin of victory in these swing states was the same as the number of people that have died of Covid 19 under his leadership.

Nah, a pretty big chunk involves sending emails asking for money for this "defence". All of which will go into his pocket, like most of the money he raised for his campaign.
I also think he wants to leave a huge shit show for Biden to deal with.
