Never in a million years would they allow this to be a lever for Trumps second term. Trump fans might suggest this was a deliberate act of sabotage. I 'd never heard of the Independent candidate Jo Jorgensen before and she got little mention on the media over here.
But she polled enough votes to hold the balance in some of the swing states that flipped from the Don to Joe.
Did she really have an impact on the result?

Not as much as Gary Johnson did in 2016. Did she steal from Biden or Trump? Probably Trump given her platform. Libertarians tend to be conservative fiscally but liberal socially -- and have absolutely zero understanding of the concept of a social good.

I have yet to meet a Libertarian who has any friends at all.

There's a difference between "not having a choice" and the failure of left-wing (as you define them) ideas failing to garner support in the broad democratic marketplace. Regularly I see pronouncements here from non-Americans who assume the US is a monolithic, homogenous whole. Nothing could be farther from the truth. There are small pockets of the nation where left-wing (as you define them) ideas have a good-sized amount of traction, but not broadly.

Which is exactly my point. You have small pockets of leftists amongst the parties of Capitalism. The leftists wont get anywhere because even Biden is described as a Socialist and he would fit quite comfortably into the UK Tory party.

People on here are getting the impression I feel that I am a fan of Trump, which couldnt be further from the truth. I am an anti-capitalist, I think he is a twat, but I also happen to think that Biden is more hawkish than Trump and as they are both capitalists I see little choice between them. It depends what we in the UK want or expect from our supposed greatest ally. Trump hasnt taken our troops along with his into another pointless war, where I think Biden is far more likely and with him holding the cards over any post brexit trade deal, who knows how much the UK could be dry bummed.

Rather than critique individual points, why don't you critique the long post I made about democratic subversion and why voting fraud is a smokescreen for greater things. If you want to debate, debate fully and explain why you think voting fraud ain't subversion and its just Trump being a mardy arsed kid like i assume many of you think. I do actually think Trump is a lot cannier than the liberal media give him credit for.
