No doubt in my mind.
He’s tried and spectacularly failed with the legal route after trying and failing to force the governors and state AGs to ignore the election result after trying and failing to manipulate the vote itself. It follows that he will try and fail at doing several more things such as inventing an imaginary crisis and declaring martial law. There is nothing he will not try.

The Army and the rest of DoD will do whatever Trump wants until 19 Jan, and then do whatever Biden wants for 4 years. Service is apolitical.

I suspect there is a tacit agreement within key areas of the military to obstruct anything too ridiculous that he tries to do. They have sworn to defend the constitution not the President so they would use the constitution as cover for obstructing his orders.

Has he though? Explain this "untold damage" please, just a brief outline.
 
Ideally I'd think for him would be if the far right started rioting and threatening minorities. Then he could claim to bring the military to the streets to protect the left. But his folks could engineer enough to allow something awful to happen to shock his opposition. Enough for them to rise up to protest and he could take more extreme actions in the name of protecting America. Including "protecting" or "failing to protect" the Bidens and Harris'.

Hopefully that's all still far too far fetched.

. Heavy handedness, too excitable, lack of self awareness the usual. Persisting with twitter to his continual detriment . I suppose credit to him for embracing it ,though it seemed to be a bit surreal the pres of usa using it as a shoot from the hip mouthpiece .
Maybe early on the islamophobia and the wall/central American migration thing was overplayed and divisive, but they were genuine issues previous administrations had acknowledged as well. Just a derisory character all told and was obviously made to be seen as that despite any posiyives. And still russia

Further Dis-balancing the economy by giving tax breaks to the top 1% and diddly to the poor.
Adding to the ever growing budget deficit and debt.
Lying.
Weakening the military.
Rolling back so many environmental controls.
Lying.
Weakening the US standing in the world.
Wrecking the distinction between truth and lies.
Using every trick from a banana republics dictator playbook since he got elected.
Lying.
Promising a better life for the poor, coal miners etc, and doing nothing or the opposite.
Hypocrite on an endless and wide ranging list.
Installing religious zealots to run the country.
Lying.
Nepotistic to a degree that hasn’t occurred in my lifetime.
Incitement and support of religious nuts, racist nuts.
Prostration of US policy towards Putin.
Lying.

Just off the top of my head. Give me an ability to type faster and I’d crash the BM server
