There's a journalist on MSNBC right now who follows all the chatter and is raging at that. He been collating evidence from all the message boards and even social media codewords. It's screams of someone who thought "It's only internet chatter. None of this will happen." I hope the incident has changed their mind. Looking at the way Twitter and FB are purging I'm guessing Nancy rang them to say do something or your getting taxed to fuck now we have control of the the capitol and presidency.

Yes, there are many, many people (quite a few journalists, security analysts, and law enforcement professionals) that have come out publicly to say this is absolute drivel given they posted public warnings and/or submitted specific threat notices to Capitol and Metro police management well before yesterday.

I mean, fucking hell, they could have just been active in this thread for the past few years and would have had better “intelligence”.

But, then again, this wasn’t *really* a failure of intelligence in the sense they are claiming. They *knew* what was likely going to happen, as did Trump’s national security team. They just chose (directly or indirectly) not to stop it. And the latter chose not to adequately respond once it did happen.
 
They may go nowhere, but I sincerely hope that is not the case, as he needs to be removed before he can do more damage over the next few weeks and disqualified from ever running again.

Something about driving and vlogging at the same time that instantly screams "crank" regardless of the subject being discussed. That's before you even get to the tone of her insane rant.

Can't extrapolate anything from one person but if it's a wider issue surely an argument for more mental health and civilian life adjustment support for veterans.

It’s all a bit theatrical with CNN but I think that’s the nature of US news networks. Think we should be thankful Fox News is no longer available in the UK.
