2025/26 NFL

Not too many sports so impacted by injuries, despite what haters say about pads etc. Think there were 3 ACLs alone last weekend. Every gameweek 1 or 2 players minimum have their season ended. Playoffs are as much about player availability as ability. Everything has to go your way to win a SB.
It’s insane the quality of some of the surfaces in the league, especially the turf ones. Metlife notoriously bad for tears. The players are worth millions of dollars, they should at least get proper playing surfaces.

It’s what makes the game so enjoyable. Play offs could be great this year.
Different too with only 1 of the consensus top 4 QBs in (Allen). Before last night, I’d have said Rams, but now it’s wide open. I just don’t think that Darnold has it in him to have a full season of greatness. He was poor before they came back last night. It’s anyone’s to take.

Would obviously love it to be Buffalo, but they need The Pats to lose to either Dolphins or Jets (division record for tie breaker) and win out to get the AFC East.

And they need to start getting more pts on the board in the 1st half, these comebacks can't carry on forever!

At what point do questions be asked of Jalen Hurts? He’s been heavily invested in and is incredibly rough still despite having a great line, recieving corps, defence and running game (which he’s holding back). Not good enough. They should be the runaway favourites.

The culture at the Chicago Bears is brilliant right now. Johnson is a coach you’d do anything for. What a win for them yesterday.

On a side note, does anyone with a clue about the Packers know what’s going on with Matthew Golden? First round draft pick is being used pretty much exclusively in the worst way for his play style on bubble screens and gadget runs? Let him run routes, he’s shown that’s what he does best. Is it on LaFleur?

Huge win for the Bears, how many times have they comeback in the 4th quarter this season, very good side being built in Chicago

What a strange ending. I’m still confused on how there’s no replay of the down there. Bizarre. Bears and 49ers in to the playoffs now with that Lions loss. Fair play to Ben Johnson for turning the Bears around, and to Shanahan for dragging an injured 49ers to the playoffs.
