With 12 groups, how does the knockout stage work. If 1st and 2nd place then 24 teams, if just 1st then 12 and u need 16 or 32 fir knockouts. Guess its either 1st and 2nd and 8 best 3rd positions or 1st and 4 best 2nd place teams
