21/22 Early Leavers

First game in about 16 months, first time we’ve been able to watch the champions properly and the stadium is half empty with 15 mins left. Bit daft

Well we've had a smoking thread.....early leavers are a disgrace....hope the club refuse to open the gates without written proof of needing to leave early. ;)

Might leave 90mins early to get out of the Green Car Park! What’s happened to the Blue Moon Car Park and the shady scouser in the Audi S3 who took cash with a smile??

Never understood it but I would imagine the loss of an entire car park to the new arena project won’t help matters.
Apparently the parking queue was mental yesterday as people discovered loads of their usual spots were shut and had to U-turn on the dual carriageway looking for alternatives

The real question is why the club aren't bothered about it. In fact I think they'd prefer to have an empty stadium by full time.

I just can't do it myself, applauding the players is part of the day.

That said, it did rain a bit during the game on Saturday so it's easy for me to criticise from my nice and dry seat.

I left on 88 minutes - I don't want me and my boy basically shuffling down the stairwells with thousands of people in close proximity at the same time in this Covid era.

I can well imagine a lot of older people also now have that additional consideration to factor in.

I thought this but then Arsenal fans seemed to stay later than us, considering they had already lost too.

Some left on 70 minutes near us. Other around 80. 10 and 20 plus minutes left of a match.
