Exactly my thoughts as I said about rayan - you’ve got a steal there and I’m more annoyed about him leaving than cunha or strolls around the pitch until he gets a chance himself. Sad :(
 
Compared to Jack and even Doku I must say I really prefer Ait Nouri on our left wing. His impact as a winger I mean, not overall as LB.

A very useful option on our left side depending on the opponent.

Wrote in the Liverpool thread, where Kerkez was praised at the expense of Ait-Nouri, that the latter is on another level technically wise.

There is more to football than technique, and Kerkez might be better in other aspects, but in terms of fitting our style, Ait-Nouri is the man.
 
If I see him and Doku in the same line-up playing on the same left side in more than two consecutive game, Josko and I ll have a nervous breakdown.
 


This is the Rayan I loved to watch at the Wolves now you can see why I/we will miss him so much, his first touch, his quick feet that's why he always trained with our Brazilians he is so good to watch, yes occasionally he tries to beat one to many but he is a baller and worth every pound and more that you paid, Kerkez or Rayan ? Rayan every day of the week if you enjoy your football then you will enjoy watching Rayan.

He is basically a winger who has been convinced to defend and become a LB.

Such a threat on that side, I like to see these wide triangles that this 3151 allows, I hope Pep tries to build the chemistry between our strongest players. Where Cherki as the 10, goes between the triangles to develop it.

The left side should be built with Ait Nouri, Marmoush and Cherki.

The right side is then Bobb (really any of the wingers, Doku being right footed may be better), Foden and Cherki.
 
The price is genuinely incredibly.

For me he's the standout, the difference in quality he's going to make from both an attacking and defensive standpoint will be off the scale.

He's quick, technically excellent and has previously shut down some of the best wingers in the league.

£34m for a player of this quality is an absolute steal.
