Hmm, Josko..deary me, how bout some defence?!
In his 'defence' he's not a LB/LCB because postionally and one-on-on he's awful, he needs to be played centrally.

I think he’s mentally our weakest player.
You can see his eyes go when something goes against us.

Ive watched their winner a few times and still confused as to what gvardiol did!!

He has to play because "the best defenders ever" Ake i Stones play one match every three months and get plaudits for that. Try be best ever when you play every three days. I don't think he lost his confidence, just needs a rest, this is too much football for anyone.Well he's been doing that for the past month and a half, either he's lost all confidence or he isn't the defender we all thought he was, I'm hoping it's just a confidence issue, at least he has an eye for goal which of course means he has to play every single game since every fucker on this team except Haaland can't hit a barn door.

His faults I mentioned are more easily exposed at LB/LCBI actually think he is a better LB than he is a Center back.
That would hopefully be evident to everyone with eyes, but has to be said.I actually think he is a better LB than he is a Center back.

He adds much more to us going forward and his movements is very good
Once we are up and playing quick good football again ( whenever that may be) he'll be a net positive as a marauding left back with great movement on and off the ball.

seriously this must be a joke. laughing about how badly we play these days. Our defenders are busy passing near the opposite net and we are leaking goals every game. It just shows exactly how the current game plan fails.
defenders get too much ball and it makes us toothless up front and vulnerable at the back.
Joao Cancelo was once on the top of similar charts. And we got the treble as soon as we got rid of him. Hopefully Pep is not trying to turn Josko into another Joao - a defender who cannot defend and always melt down under pressure. Josko should be a better defender than that.

have to agree, our CB's especially get way too much time on the ball instead of much more creative players. and lets be honest Dias, Akanji, Ake aint too much of a creative source. they can recycle the ball a lot, pass to death between each other. even worse when Walker gets involved in these.
