25 | Gianluigi Donnarumma - 2025/26

Isn’t the point of having a goalkeeper to save shots but we thus fixation about a ball playing keeper which tbh turned to shit last season but we still can’t drop it . Let’s just celebrate having the best keeper in the world at . our club

Because having a keeper with both is better, and for many years we did which one is reason why we were winning so much. Will Donnarumma be as good for the team,I’ll wait and see, hope so. He can and may become the best, not sure he is yet though.

People seem to be confused. All I hear is this chatter about how poor Don Gigio is with his feet and how it's going to cost us. WRONG! Who says he's going to play the high risk short passes in our end that only Eddy could play? Pep is not going to put him or the team at risk. The fella that keeps referring to pundits on YouTube is buying into the idea that we'll be much more susceptible to the press. WRONG AGAIN! Pressing Don Gigio will be a fruitless endeavor as he plays over the top of the press onto Haaland, Foden, Marmoush, Doku, etc. Teams will either back off or risk being caught in 3 v 3s, 4 v 4s, and so on in space. Did everyone watch the derby or just some of us?

Isn’t pep reinventing what we want to see anyway and getting away from passing out at the back which for a season killed us in mean people seen to forget how poor ederson was last season and if Gigi is in big wages then so what as that’s what you have to do to sign the top players .

Don't forget, not everyone wants to see that.

Its just his long kicking is standard, once our back four get settled we should see improvement.
I think he was fine with his feet as pointed out comparisons with Eddie are pointless. However, I am not sure Eddie makes that save in the second half which would have put them in with a chance of stealing something.
