Yea I'm pretty all in on this fella early doors. Reading his comments, seeing his age having seen him be a consistently top player since being so young and knowing he's coming to his peak, can't help but get excited about just how far we can go with this guy. Was madness the apathy from the media about us signing him. He could be one of the greats of the game and probably already is considering he won the euro's in 2020 (and was player of the tournament) and has bagged a champions league.

He's spent too long in France if you think about it. He'll get more of the credit he deserves now he's in the Prem. United wanting him is the cherry on the cake. If they had signed him and we were starting with Trafford things could be looking very different.

He's no Eddy with the ball at his feet, so I do love the banter other teams bring when the ball eventually finds its way to him in possession.

Love his strategy of using Doku as a battering ram so he can push the attackers at corners without actually pushing them. Gotta be the worst role since the draught excluder.

I enjoyed that too. Reminded me of the Castlevania boss fight where Frankenstein chucks Igor at you.

Again I maintain we should've signed him earlier in the summer when we could've, I think we would've avoided the Spuds and Brighton defeats.
