For his age, he needs to be more consistent like Kdb and Gundogan (our older players).
Probably best to move him on now if there are any buyers and make Sterling the starting RW, the depth and rotation is still pretty good imo:
Foden/Jesus/Ferran------------Jesus/Ferran/Bernardo/KdB------------------Sterling/Ferran
-----------------------Gundogan/Bernardo----------------KdB/Bernardo
That's still 7 players in 5 spots, with many players playing well in atleast 2 positions.
If we buy an "8th attacker" then Haaland is the one, we don't need anymore wingers. I'd even let some of the academy players take up some back-up spots, but I think the depth is there anyway to not need them.
