He's been shooting a lot less lately (at least compared to last season). I think that's partly down to the team playing slower than before in order to maintain possession; shooting isn't going to help that. Also I think he's more confident in his teammates. Unless a shot's there to be taken you don't normally go for it unless you're a bit desperate, so having more faith in the team and his teammates would mean that he is happier to not try and open the gap for an unnecessary shot or cross as often.He's been great recently. Is it me or has he been notably less selfish and started to rack up the assists from positions he normally would try and work a shot of his own from? He's even starting to show more fight in a City shirt on and off the ball which is a good sign in my opinion. What a player he can be if he can take a leaf out of Bernardo's book for effort for the team and desire to win.
