For all my previous criticism of Mahrez, I can't accuse him of lacking skill. Yesterday he looked like Albert Riera. Really poor performance.

Quite a few of those from some of our players yesterday. I've seen Gundo getting praise but I think he's been off for the last two games for similar reasons; his usually reliable touch and passing was all over the place.

Confidence seems low amongst a number of our players. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, maybe it's just a handful of off games.

He clearly has great ball skills but, so do the free stylers He doesn’t work hard enough, he’s greedy with a couple of tricks but everyone knows what he’s going to do. Not consistent enough to be effective enough. I really don’t know what they saw in him as he doesn’t fit in His performance yesterday was the worse of a bad bunch of late, I really don’t know how he started, disgrace

Sometimes we have to access over sustained periods, which is why I’ve been cautious about hammering, however.....

He is so wrong for us on every level; poor pressing, ball retention, fluidity and the biggy for me, selfishness...

there is certainly a player in there, he just doesn’t fit us in any shape or form and I’m livid with his soft arse approach, I’ve seen more fight in my 9 year old niece..

oh yeah, he’s not very likeable..
