26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Absolutely fucking rubbish. And that’s being kind.

He’s a proper shitbag. Takes the easy option. Chance to sprint onto a pass from Reijnders and chose to jog to the ball instead of trying to make an impact.

Got his contract and doesn’t seem in a rush to prove his worth.

I for one hope the contract extension was to increase his value, not to keep him here for the long term.

Examples please
A couple of chances that fell to Reijnders if I'm not mistaken.

Of course he needs to improve but he has some talent. I think if we're patient with him, we'll see he can contribute and remains a players worth keeping in the squad.

He wouldn't make my best 11 at present but he's young and lets see in a year or two.

He runs like Martin Petrov, when he went through with 5 to go, I thought Martin would find a cross here...Savinho didnt even look like he knew what he was going to do.

Not much more I can say about him, I've said my piece in the past, his confidence is fucked, I'm being kind here, cba going in on him anymore as I expect nothing from him.

I'd loan him out in January and sign a winger.

Has become the new whipping boy. Which his performances have deserved to be critical about.

Keep hoping he will come good then looks totally disinterested with even trying to beat a man.

Feel really sorry for him at the moment.

You can clearly see he's trying, but nothing is coming off for him at the moment.

He is clearly very low on confidence. Think people need to relax on the kid and not get on his back.

Wait until the end of this season to make a proper judgement on him.

The talent is there, just needs to build some momentum.

Whether that’s true or not, with each appearance showing how terrible he is, his values continues to drop, despite his daft new salary.

Did what he was clearly instructed to do, namely drove at Truffert and pinned him back, preventing him from supporting Semenyo. He was wasteful on a couple of occasions, true, but on one occasion he drove to the line and created a decent chance for Marmoush. He was also fast back to help out Nunes defensively.

More like Marti Pellow.

Loved Petrov. Was a breath of fresh air with Elano after suffering through Pearce’s shower of shit.

Two things summed up his cameo today -

1. Damning that If he had started the game instead of Cherki we would not have won it. And,
2. Erling had an amazing bit of centre forward play taking on their entire defence to pass a nice ball to him and he lost possession cheaply. Erling was not happy - to compound it he just stood still waving his arms as they broke away.

He has a lot to do to get fans back on his side - we can always forgive errors but not if you keep acting like a diva. The very best players in the world are the ones who have both amazing skill and be humble enough to work hard for the team. Hope he sorts it out otherwise he will not have a good career with us.

The point 2 was just so predictable. Great pass by Foden, great forward play and pass by Haaland only to watch him completely balls it up and give away possession so easily when the other two had done so much to keep it.
