Honestly think you’ve nailed it here. He’s clearly got the talent, but right now you can see the whole rhythm of an attack collapse when it gets to him.

It’s not about confidence – he actually looks too eager at times. For me it’s just about game management. Give him minutes in the Carabao or when we’re cruising in a match, let him play without the pressure of having to change a game.

We’re at the point where every dropped point matters, so we can’t be carrying anyone in key moments. He’ll get there, but he needs the right moments, not the big ones.

He’s played well in the CL for us this season.
MOTM in Villarreal and pulled the Dortmund left back inside out a few week back.

Nobody I want to have a good game more than this lad. I think we’ve been right twats with him as fans. He’s clearly struggling for consistent form and making mistakes, and we’ve decided that we should call him shit and get on his back as our level of support for him during this tough spell for him.

The other week someone near me shouted ‘fuck off you dickhead’ at him.

This lad needs time and support. He barely speaks a word of English and he’s struggling for consistent form. Fuck the Spurs shit, it’s gone and is history, he’s a City player and the ‘once a Blue, always a Blue’ chant should be our attitude with him when he needs us to get behind him.
 
As previously said Nico G and Nunes eventually overcame the doubts to be valuable squad members hope Savio and Reijnders can do the same.
Tonight might be a good time for them to get on track if selected.

Clinging to the hope that almost everyone (including me) was saying Doku and Nunes wouldn't come good and they've played much better this season. Maybe it will just take time with Savinho.

yeah we can keep hoping ,but at the same time buy a world class right winger who can contribute straight away. Don´t really care if he gets good or not ,City is a team that needs to play for titles every year.

Well half way in he has looked even worse if that is at all possible. Summed up by him overhitting a cross and standing still off the pitch not even looking at the play as Bobb retrieved the ball - this is why I despise his play - little bits of work that get you in the position to score or create yet he would rather flap his arms in disgust at his own cross!

Stats don't show that - I'm on holiday and couldn't be there but from watching the stream not one player has done well so far. We had a single shot from Ake all half which is not great against a side like Lever.

Pep not looking happy and making changes.
