A shame for him.

I’ve actually grown to appreciate him while he’s not been playing, oddly, having been one of his biggest critics earlier in the season.

I think he offers pace and genuine threat - just not goalscoring. Plus he attacks his full back and uses both feet to cross.

He's also good with the outball from defence when we are constantly under pressure from opposition in the last minutes/ extra time. Speedy get away just needs to learn to hold it up better/ retain the possession in that scenario.

On another note. I thought that cnut Gabriel ( arsanal thug) was Brazilian?

What evidence is there for Savinho in the Pl ?

Yep I agree, his goal record is shite, but he's still only young, some players sort it out and some don't, but aside from goals he offers a threat down the wing which is more than can be said for semenyo

I think the games left are too important to take any risks with Savinho, Marmoush, Reijnders, etc. unless necessary. Interesting to see how many will be here next season, especially if Pep leaves.

Goal aside, he was inept as ever, against a 'bus' of a defence, numerous times he had the chance to take on the full back....but every time he either cut inside and passed backwards or played the ball straight back where it came from.
