The only thing more infuriating than watching a player like Mendy, who is trying hard but is unfortunately completely out of their depth, is watching Cancelo do the same things on the other side whilst looking as though he couldn't give a shit.

Of course after a few decent games a while back the general consensus on here was bench walker this man is on a different level.
Well I suppose they had a point, unfortunately that level is way below Kyles.

I assume the idea today was that he'd be a midfielder most of the time given that we basically had four forwards on. That did not work out.

As others have said, Walker and Zinchenko's places in the final are not under threat on this showing.

Personally after two seasons, I don’t think a couple of months of good form is enough. I really hope The rags drop points this week and it’s done and dusted because if there are two players we really do need to wrap in cotton wool, it’s Walker and Zinchenko because their replacements are not good enough.
