That's true of every player. You should check out videos of Donnarumma's howlers.

The real question always remains, are you a net positive? If he gives me 5 of yesterday to every one game of a howler. He'll finish the best Right Back in the league.

He got credit for his performance yesterday which is exactly what i said, but lets not pretend he hasnt dropped a hug amount of bollocks in the past and has been called out on it. He has cost us several points in the past from criminal errors. He doesnt get as much leeway as others as he hasnt built up the leeway. He is a 50m pound failed midfielder who after a slightly above average season in a poor team got recruited to sign for the best team in the world, he was incredibly lucky. And for large parts of his career here has generally been terrible. He has been transformed into a right back and has been doing well of late which has been called out here(and rightly so) but lets not re write the past.

isnt consistent what i said- "he needs to perform like that every week now"? He was playing against Evertons second choice left winger and he did really well, again lets not get carried away here. Asking him to play like that every week is not a big ask and you can twist my words whatever way you want.

My point is clear, your point is not clear. Supporters are odd indeed.

Its obvious you have a problem with him and are exaggerating, a huge amount of dropped bollocks pmsl. Your odd obsession has been noted, we can leave it there.

You are talking nonsense. Are you 12? What kind of adult uses the word "bwaaah".

Its clear you think he is something better than he is. You dont think he has dropped many bollocks then in the past? Deary me.

I dont have a problem with him, i have called what i have seen and i sit in the front row of 023 so I have a better view of it than most. He is a failed midfielder at our club, thats a fact. He has cost us many points, thats a fact. He has done better this season, yes he has, great keep it up.

I want him to succeed, I want my club to be successful but I can call out what I see. He has improved this season absolutely and fair play to him, keep it up. He needs to build credibility in the bank before he will be given any leeway and in the meantime he should be thanking his lucky stars he is at a club and team like ours.

Listen ive heard its hard when someone has an unnatural obsession but the Bluemoon community are very helpful in the main. Start right now while the iron is hot.

Your only goal today is to not post negatively about Nunes, just a day at a time brother, you can do it and God willing free yourself from this terrible affliction. Good luck.

Nunes is obviously not a natural RB. And his performances at RB are iffy - very iffy going forward - mostly OK on defense... but is "mostly OK" good enough for our side?

And yet, he's first choice at RB.
 
So many still obsessed by mistakes in a period where our team was very poor and unsettled and he was learning the role.

Well, when was the last mistake? When did he last cost us?

Now I hear he's not good going forward? How many assists did he get us last season?

The guy has developed into a reliable and formidable right-back. Are there better out there? Yes. Are there many? No. Are those ones easy to get? No. Back the guy.

Even Reijnders is going through some growing pains and looks like a "failed midfielder" according to this forum.

Look no further than Phil Foden.. it took him 8 years to convince Pep he could do it despite Phil's technical ability being vastly better than Nunes.

I think we need to come to terms with something:

In a Pep team 99.99% of really good above average midfield players will be failed midfielders.. but they can do the job just fine for Wolves/ West Ham/ AC Milan or whereever.
