3 at the Back?

With our 2 senior RBs being injured there has been debate about who should play, Otamendi, the young kid from the academy and even Navas. Regardless of who plays we're likely to be weaker as a team due to each players individual flaws.

I started thinking that the best option is 3 at the back. Otamendi, Kompany and Mangala at CB with VK in the centre. Navas and Kolarov as 'Wing Backs'. Yaya & Fern can continue in the middle with Yaya being slightly more advanced of the 2. Sterling could join Sergio up top with Silva basically doing what he wants.

I know 3 at the back is a risk but I believe that we could make it work. What do you think?
