Correct!!!Personally, I would say that he has lived up to his potential, it's just that he's nowhere near as good a player as John Stones or Nathan Ake. He's on the same level as Akanji for me. He's certainly no Vincent Kompany.
In my opinion, like Akanji, Dias is a very good defender, prone to the odd error (who isn’t?), but not a leader.
Khusanov and Reis are /:should be the future at City. The Stones and Ake replacements. As soon as they can speak and understand English, they'll start to be more regular features in our defence.
He has had a down season last season. But he has definitely been a great servant.
