If Jose doesn`t fancy it, Bobby should get a new deal.
Honestly I don't think he's the only one who could have us performing better in all competitions.

Depending on how the rest of the season shapes up, we might want to look at managers other than Jose and Bobby.

Such as?

Madness.

Honestly if it looked like Jose wasn't going to come, try for Hiddink. Guardiola is another one if he will leave Barca.

We can accumulate all the talent money can buy, but if our manager can't motivate them it's pointless. Being 'unprepared' against Everton and Swansea, looking clueless at home from the first minute against Sunderland and Sporting, these are really bad for a club with title hopes.

I truly think it's madness to ignore Mancini's faults and assume he will become a Ferguson in time. At Inter he was ultimately let go due to a breakdown in relations with his players and no European success. Sound familiar?

Fuck all the perfect people on here who never learnt and always brought instant success in everything they do

I think Mancini brought 16 players in two seasons ONLY !

Probably a bad idea to do contracts at this point in the season. Our owner has been patient, and rightly so.

Is this true? No link and can't find it at all. Don't tell me you have been on news now

Whats the rush though? He still has 12 months on his existing contract.

Exactly my thoughts on this. I agree he deserves next season no matter what but he has to improve in the Champions League which is a weak point for him during his time managing it seems his record is shit. Bit risky but the contracts arent worth the paper they are writen on. No matter what I think next season for Mancini is make or break at City. I think the owners will want to see a improvement on this season if we lose out on the title this season next season we will need to be winning the title for Mancini to keep his job in my view. He has had a good run at the club and has been backed with money for players and if we cant win the title next season under him there will be big question marks over his future here.

Why on earth would they offer him that now? He still has a year left on this one. The only reason to do that is if they are desperate to keep him if they thought he was about to be poached, and I don't see that.
Football is a fickle game and our owners are in business. They do not toss money about for no good reason. We have all seen how much it can cost a club to remove a manager with a good contract if it turns sour.

2 league titles says differently, many have argued his team is the strongest since the start of the PL. His players are texting Mou to come back. You think anyone in this squad would be sad to see Mancini go?

No one really doubts his European credentials after winning two CL.
