he hasn't been perfoming well , don't see the point bringing him in january, he needs minutes in europe
Bring him in, get him settled and the rest/train only after a long season. take him to the CWC and then loan him i expect. He's on game 32 for this season already,

Some wild takes, he's not making a first team debut this season unless things have gone unthinkably good/bad. He isn't coming into the first team fold in January, he's a million miles behind even the likes of Mcatee who can't get more than a sniff himself. He's coming here as a very young lad in a new country, new continent even, he'll be given 6 months to acclimate himself, settle himself and his family, learn the language and then train with the first team to show him the expected level and then we re-assess next summer depending on the level he shows and then we decide where he plays football next season.

The lad has had a heart attack whilst playing football...
The truth is, he will never be a premier league player, for us or anybody.
Once your Heart is damaged..there is no repair.

I think Angel Correa had a heart surgery in the past, and few weeks ago he scored the equalizer against Real Madrid.

They haven't got a definitive assessment yet have they mate? Either way looks bad for the lad.
No, they didnt tell the public anything about the check on it afterwards. went down with chest pain, he didnt even get subbed. Heart scare was the headline initially but nothing confirmed. Played about 1500 minutes since.

lmao, you pretending to know anything about medicine is funny. Also, he played plenty of matches since then so stop with the speculation because it probably wasnt anything related to the heart at all or else he would have stopped for months

Earlier this week on Tuesday, Copa Libs leg 1 ... AMG 3-0 River, Echeverri didn't play.

CE started an Arg league match tonight, taken off at HT with the score 0-0. He looked alright, shrug. One thing kinda different is that he was feisty and fussy with some of his teammates choices and actions, lotsa gesticulating and complaining, like ... 'I'm sick of how much you guys suck' sorta thing.

The way they're managing his playing time is a bit weird. Feels like he's being made into a scapegoat got the awful form of the team.

However, as someone has said above he's got talent but a long way to go to be appearing in our side.

Copa Libs leg 2 ... River 0-0 AMG ... AMG goes thru with 0-3 agg. Echeverri played the last 32m. Played well, displayed the spark that holds the hope. The Copa Libs dream is dead tho. CE has 8 more league matches with River, 5 in Nov, 3 in Dec. River would have to win every match to scare the league leaders for the trophy. Lordy he's gonna love playing with good players come January.

He’s a Man City player, maybe there is some politics around wanting to make sure he avoids getting injured before joining us

Christian Eriksen is a pale shadow of the player he was before his heart problem.
Obviously he is a older now than he was in his prime but I can't believe that it didn't affect him.

Having a cardiac arrest does not necessarily equate to heart damage.
He is a shadow of his former self but that's just because he went to the rags. they sucked out what was left of his ability.

I'm far from a heart surgeon but Eriksen wasn't half the player when he returned to playing football.
It may just be due to his lay off from competitive football and, as long as I'd like to blame the rags, he was way off long before he joined them.

Maybe he's just too scared to push himself that extra 3% or whatever it takes? I know I would probably struggle forcing myself to the point where my heart was beating out of my chest after what happened to him.
