From his comments today, we evidently don’t have a problem with the player, but we clearly have issues with his agent. It’s the player’s prerogative where he goes, of course, but if his career is stalling, then he needs to have the humility to acknowledge where the blame for that lies.
 
Likely he comes back in January, hopefully he realises he needs to stick around here for the rest of the season at least & we can work on him

Marmoush off to AFCON & Savinho and Bobb as much use as chocolate teapots. Girona are having a shocker of a season too, which might not be best for him development wise

Think he'd be best suited to stick around and develop here, probably in competition with Mukasa for minutes

Echeverri turns 20 in the early days of January and, as far as I’m aware, we would need to clear a ‘foreign spot’ to accommodate him. Even if we had such a spot, I’m not sure he’s what we currently need, and it would also smack of rewarding someone for having ignored our advice.
Girona would be a good landing spot. They have stabilised in recent weeks, losing and winning games by the odd goal, and going there in January would help both parties.

Well he could have Savinho's foreign spot and I doubt too many tears would be shed. In terms of 'rewarding' him, I just think we need him here now and that's it. Think another plan sees him gone pretty soon after

We’re already stacked for young players and they’re all further along the path than Echeverri. They just need time to develop and have a couple of experienced senior players in the middle beside them to give us solidity.

I know he's isnt getting many minutes but didnt realise it was during an injury crisis with 9 players out. Suddenly makes it a lot worse.
