Happy New Year to all.

Spurs the new threat?

Probably still the rags but Spurs' next three Premier League games are:

West Brom (Home)

Everton (Home)

Wolves (Home)

Will be interesting to see what the gap is after those three.

Re: Come on Blackburn

Hope you enjoyed your late Christmas present from us down at Ewood. :)

Hope you put some distance on the scummers now and win the title.

All the best and happy new year to you all.

Re: Spurs the new threat?

Reckon Spurs will end up fourth.

Not got a strong enough squad, and picked up injuries this afternoon to Parker and Van der Vaart...

Scott Parker injured and off.

If it's serious they'll start dropping points in the next half dozen games him and Ade make em tick....

Ice pack on his knee, Swansea are playing quite physical for once, Modric and Bale just got clattered too.

Swansea the better side but just can't take their chances.

Re: Come on Blackburn

"Sir Alex Ferguson suffered the ignominy of watching his Manchester United side lose to basement club Blackburn on his 70th birthday".

This is the opening line of the report on BBC. I was chuckling away to myself
for about 5 minutes when I read it. HA HA. I didn't see the game but looking at the stats the rags had 13 attempts on and 13 attempts off target so it does not sound like they were too bad ?

Spurs could be our biggest worry.

Re: Spurs the new threat?

they have a knack of not playing great away but winning. Fulham had 31 shots against them and lost and Swansea should have been out of sight in the 1st half but are losing. Only bad result spurs have had since the 1st 2 games has been at Stoke but with a competant ref and officials they would have won there.
Definatly in the mix
