3D TV

I'm pretty sure that if you're on Sky HD, the 3D channel is free as it's there already. You just ring up to 'turn it on' I think.

I'm waiting before I decide. I have a 1080p tele i'm more than happy with, so not replacing it just for 3D. I've also noticed the drop in price for a 3D tele, which tells me perhaps they're not all they're cracked up to be. If you get one, let me know how it is.
 
Sony are good but not a good idea to have those glasses on all the time.

However I download 3D (half sbs) films and they are well worth it imo.
The good ones I then buy.
 
I do have the full package so ok it seems 3D would be free anyway.

Pidge, I have tried the 3D tv's in Costco and they are very good, although the ones they have on show for you to sample tend to be the top of the range (£2K, f.that)
The deal my mrs saw was in costco, £500 for a 42" Panasonic. If we get one I'll let you know.

The football is great in 3D but I find that after the initial excitement of having a 3D telly I hardly every use the 3D option. Go on a nice holiday instead
