I'll give it six weeks and Bellamy will be grudgingly accepted by City fans for winding the crap out of the enemy and refusing to lay down and die.

maybe so but soap sales will skyrocket as we try to get rid of that dirty feeling.

One million is written as £1m or £1000000 or £1,000,000. Not £1 000 000 ! Which is fcukin retarded, to use your terminology.

Although I am generally in the 'stick with Hughes until the Summer' camp, it does concern me a little that he seems to be very much fixated on a few players.

Personally I believe that the likes of Bellamy, RSC and Parker would add something to the squad, despite their obvious problems and limitations. However, after being knocked back a few times for each, I thoought he would move onto other targets of a similar calibre but he doesn't seem to have done that (if the media is to be believed). It really does look at present that Hughes is very much only concerned with those players and not castng his net a little wider.

I can fully understand WHU and Blackburn wishing to hang onto their better players, after all they are both also in a relegation battle and so they are going to give them up easily, or cheaply. Surely it's time now to move onto other targets that could also improve the squad. Bellamy and RSC aren't THAT good that they should be pretty much our total transfer strategy for this window.
