Cherki will move back to Europe in a few years.

Nico G will be a decent player, but he’s not Tier 1 material.

Marmoush will score his share but doesn’t strike me (pardon the pun!) as the guy to light the blue touch paper.

Khusanov can be a top defender, but real team impact is felt further forward.

Fair enough. I think it's a bit early for some predictions. Donnarumma is a year younger than Reijnders but already Italy's skipper. He's a leader.

Because he doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who is going to enjoy the cut and thrust of the English game, and his game is far more suited to the European game, where you can occasionally miss a pass and stroll back.

The PL is 11 on 11, full tilt, for 95 minutes in its current guise. There is very little room for luxury players and, sadly, from what I have seen so far, he’s a luxury in this League.

Believe me, I hope he’s another David Silva, alas I think he might be more Pogba than Silva. And, I hope he makes me eat those words!

Looked like he didn't know what the fuck he was supposed to do and left Rodri to dry multiple times, made a great run in the second half to go one on one but missed the target, I still believe in him but I think it's clear that he can't play in a midfield two, it needs to be a three.
