Doku got 15 GA in his first season and won the PL. Nunes had good games in midfield he just wasn’t a 6 like Rodri. The whole CWC campaign he was good. Reijnders has had five good halves of football:You could have said that about Doku and Nunes. I say keep him and see what he can give us over the next two seasons.

i think he’ll stay and hope to impress a new manager, although it’s a last chance saloon for him at the top level I think at his age.
Hopefully he proves us all wrong but he’s not really shown much this season. Those making comparisons to Gundogan are far off the mark imo, even off the bench and in rotation, in his early seasons he showed much more imo.

Goes missing too much for me. Has very little impact minus a few decent goals against mediocre opposition.

In December Doku got injured and Pep replaced him with Reijnders, with Oreilly playing LWB more and Reijnders occupying LAM position.
He scored great goal against Chelsea as well.
Provided assist against Arsenal (A).

Once we sort midfield issues and supply attackers in the final third more, I think he will score a lot.
If in his bad and worst season he has just 1-2 goal contributions less than Wirtz or Eze, imagine what's his good season.
When I mean halves I don’t just mean goal contributions, especially for a midfielder. He lets the game pass him by and then scores or assists. Great if he’s a forward but he isn’t and we signed him to play deeper or at least dominate the final third, which he doesn’t do.West Ham (H) Reijnders was brilliant.

Im always in the "give them time" camp but hes just never a Prem midfielder
At 27, if you are afraid of making a challenge you aren't going.to magically improve... he has no fight in him, no dog he just lets everyone just push him around and honestly they dont need to try that hard even if they're smaller
A good player for a less physical league, shake his hand and wish him the best but hes just not going to cut it in this country consistently. Even if he gets goals we can't afford to have a passenger

What he is inheriting from last season is a very average Premier league player.

he is more of an attacking midfielder or n10
and we can use player of such profile to provide goals and assists, which he did perfectly last season.
15 G+A isn't small number for a substitute player and we definitely need a bench as well at least
I like him more than Marmoush.
He has far better first touch than Marmoush
has more balance while carrying the ball
can play multiple positions and his best position isn't Haaland's one.
therefore I think first we should sell Marmoush and Savinho as well.
Then we should try to offload Reijnders, but it can also wait until next summer and we can give one more season to him under Maresca.
