I was working in Sheffield at the time. I remember going to the game and having to be at work that evening. On the way up through Glossop on the way to work, I actually phoned up Collymore complaining bitterly that Clueless had lost the plot and shouldn't be entrusted any longer.

Never done that before but enough was enough. Was so frustrated, just had to vent.

They were shocking that day when i heard forest had derby in the cup i was like mixed reactions because we could have played derby and i went to the derby forest fa cup game that year and it was a cracking game and then derby won replay and then played the scum (united) and sadly no repeat of that famous 1-0 win in league cup semis and i watched it on telly

This is why i want city to play well in cups and take them seriously so If they had derby in the cup i would certainly go to the game as it hard to see city when you dont live around the area any more

On this day 4 years ago new signing Wayne Bridge was paraded in front of the crowd before we played Nottingham Forest in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. It was freezing, and we lost 3-0.

We were third from bottom at Christmas that season after losing at West Brom.
