40 to 50 is fine it’s from 50 onwards where you eyes go more you can’t get of the floor with a struggle! The Japanese have it right sitting on the floor for meals to strengthen there legs

well, I'm certainly feeling the pain of a hangover a lot more and this one is my last one for 7 months as i totally quit booze and have a full body MOT and get my life and fitness back,i also vow to stay out of politics now - not debating it on here or with anyone anymore , i know where i stand and no one changes their stance anyway.
Up the Hammers.

Congratulations. You were born just a few days after my daughter. Jeez, now that’s when you’re an FOC, two children in their forties. You’re just a youngster.
