We got absolutely battered that day and some how won. It really was a Christmas miracle that day.

I stood where the Kippax met the north stand right at the bottom(my usual spot when i was a kid). Still got Jives diving header in my head, which was lower than a snakes scrotum. 35k if I remember correctly.

Yep, me too ..... because aside from our shock 61st minute goal, i don't think we really looked dangerous throughout the game ..... it must have just been 'our day' I suppose.

TV were on strike IIRC. Maybe we ko at 2 and Liverpool at 3, scoring just after they realised we’d had them over
