And shipped Nicky Reid off to the states to accommodate him........Caton and Reid in the Cup final season were phenomenal.....Also McKenzie was sold for an ageing Martin O'Neil.I was willing to give him the benefit of my doubt, then he signed his son……
He started off brilliantly then his ego got in the way ( a repeat of Allison version 2)
He didn't want Allison getting any credit so jettisoned some of the Cup final team/squad
Trevor Francis with the bulk of the Cup final team would have had a serious shot at some silverware.
