We’ve got the slowest midfield in the country. DSilva Gundogan and Rodri have played a lot of minutes this season and they are a problem when any more than one of them play together in midfield. In two games (Norwich and Wolves) all three of them made up our whole midfield.

The frustrating thing is, despite our array of injuries this season, we have midfielders with great energy and fitness who have been fit all season. Fernandinho Bernardo and Foden have all been fit all season and how many minutes have any of them had in midfield in the Prem?

Amazing rearly, that after one injury to LaPorte and Ferdi is our nailed on best centre half, now that is a sad state of affairs.
 
Guardiola on Phil Foden: "He doesn’t speak too much, it’s important not to be shy on the pitch and he’s not. He’s growing this season, in some departments he can improve, such as without the ball."

“Sometimes he has to think a little bit more on decisions without the ball, but that is normal at his age. We’re more than satisfied with what he’s doing”

Believe the hype. Best player England has produced in decades. Needs to fucking play. He just glides across the pitch, always positive, always looking to make something happen. Can pass, can score goals, is energetic. Why the fuck Pep is not starting him every game I really do not know.
