Lad knows he has no chance of getting a run no matter what’s happening on pitch I’m afraid

I read the article SWP had said other day about him needing to leave, and I was thinking behave Shaun, but he may have a point you know, shame if he did but nobody could fault him
I'm beginning to think the same, he must look at others of a similar age getting PL game time, being selected for the England squad and playing in next summers Euros whereas Phil will still be a bit part player and sat on the beach watching the summer comp.
I really hope i'm wrong but I haven't seen anything yet to disprove this

We can only find out how good Phil is if he is given a start in a big game and/or more game time. He seldom gets more than 20 minutes. Pep didn't trust him to start against Shaktar at home or even for 10 minutes yesterday (Gundogan for Rhodri was a really cautious substitution).
I think Foden would have given us a needed increase in tempo yesterday as he has great acceleration and close control over 5-10 yards which was needed. He also would have enthused the crowd with 20 minutes to go, as we were subdued and very quiet.
Also, didn't Phil win Young Sports Personality of the Year award ? He is highly rated by many outside the club and could go to any other team.

Pep making quotes about Foden being the best young player he has ever seen and then not giving him any league starts is making Pep look a bit foolish , Merlin has struggled , Gundogan does not have the pace or creativity , if Phil isnt going to get games when we are struggling , when the f*ck will he ?

How can you not follow this.

When Pep arrived, Messi was the 3rd best player in the side.

Comparing him with Foden is fucking laughable.

I'm not sure you're getting this? Foden is a generational talent in the truest sense of the word who needs game time. Not super complicated.

Sancho is only 2 months older than Foden as has serious Bundesliga top flight experience for a 19 year old with some high pressure CL games as well on his CV.
Also starting week in week out for Dortmund.

Would he be on same level as he is now if he stays here plays the odds game vs Port Vale, Oxford City in Carabao and watches Silva, KDB in trainings? Instead of some high pressure bundesliga/CL games, being a crucial player for them, after one season he was talked as 100m signing.

Even this lack of playing time is costing him a chance at the Euros probably. Not a tragedy given his age of course.

So far in 16 PL rounds, he played 7 times, as sub coming on, with a total of 83 minutes. And next year he is going to replace David Silva?

Lets see if he is getting more chances in PL given our main target now is finishing above Leicester on 2nd.
