its ok cheeky is the new marwood he is gonna get pelters if no one comes
Not being a Balo hater here, but this comment is pretty accurate really. Mario hasn't done anything worth writing home about this season. on this years form, we are not losing a 20 goal a season striker.mcfcinprague said:dom said:Matt the Giant said:You are having a hard time accepting the reasoning behind Mario's departure, am I right? ;)
It may have been a way for Txiki and Ferran to flex their muscles a bit, to show the manager that what he wanted is not more important than what they wanted. Roberto is an employee of lower rank than the executives.
I take for granted, that what the Sheikh and our chairman gave Ferran when he was hired, was nothing but full and absolute control. Obviously Soriano has a lot of trust in Txiki whom he recruited and gave a leading position at the club, based on the past.
Mario was sold for all the right reasons I think, and if we get the media-reported fee we should be very pleased with that.
We will still be left a striker short , though.
In reality we have been a striker short all season based on what we got out of him who has now gone

Or he wants him to fail this season so he can bring his friends in the summer and have a full control ?
