4th place (merged)

We'll be lucky to get 65+ points. That's assuming our home form doesn't go to shit as well. It's like having Hughes back

It is dependant on us keeping our key players fit and in form and us doing the impossible with our away form.

No fookin chance at this rate - unfookinbelievable what´s happened since May last year - only at City!
The owners and those two clowns have put all their eggs in one basket without realising that you first have to QUALIFY for the fookin CL in the first place - rank complacency at it´s worst - it´s the bread and butter first!!!!
Thank fook for the academy - we´ll need it in 5 /10 years at this rate

We will make top 4 no problem we have enough despite our dismal away form. The league is well and truly out of reach due to the fact that we unable to string enough results together to mount a challenge. However I can see us getting some silverware in the form or a domestic cup.

I agree about the cup but top 4 will be a nail biter. I can see saints, spurs, Everton giving us a good go for 4th. Our injury woes have only just started and we know our bench are clearly not good enough to do a job for us. The sheikh will not waste any more money in January that's for sure. Sorry to be so pessimistic but the writings on the wall.

what a funny fucking season. won 4-1 in the derby and 7-0 and 4-0 etc, but our season has been shite tbh

On the basis of the form thus far we will struggle to finish 4th.

Pellegrini's team is too open with the full backs pushed too far forward. We have lost our tightness in defence, and it is more than just about Kompany not being available. For today's conceded goal, illegal as it was, Micah was too far up the pitch - a recurring theme with our full backs under Pellegrini.

I'm sure Pellegrini is a decent bloke and a good manager, but is he an upgrade on Mancio? Not on the evidence of the season so far. Surely Mancini would have got this City team out of a relatively easy CL group? I can't see a Mancini side getting beaten by a straight ball as occurred at Villa and Chelsea. Yes, they were individual error s but our full backs need to be closer to cover.

I hope that Pellegrini can adjust his tactics to make us tighter again. Also, he needs to realise that Garcia is not good enough. Sadly Lescott looks well past it too. Demechelis looks decent enough, even at 32.

Hopefully we can become harder to beat but there are no real signs of that.

As it currently stands, United(1-0 up) are above us and we have dropped to 8th.

The plus point.

Arsenal are still only 6 points in front of us. :-?

Finishing outside top 4 is a real possibility. What a step backwards that would be. Not looking good at all. You know the season is fucked up when Arsenal and Liverpool are more consistent than you are.
