Behind............Big deal as that can be wiped away in an instant, Our season depends on getting a very tough 3 points at Arsenal on Sunday and I honestly believe we will, We have big big players who will be hurting after the Sunderland game so now is the time to step up to the plate and get a result, I firmly believe the title is still there for us – There’s 21 points still to play for and were only five behind with 7 games to go and them still to play at home – Yes we are fast running out of games but I truly believe Sunderland will yet again play a big part in where this season’s title will go and they wont lay down for anyone under Martin O’Neill.

I’m loving every single second of this unbelievable season which again will get better in time and wherever the title ends under we will become stronger for it – I’ve never known some many people, paper’s, ex-players, every man and his fucking cat and dog etc etc cueing up to have a pop at my club – Well listen people you cant even imagine where we have been as supporters of our club and to hell and back doesn’t even come close – I’m as fucking proud as ever to be Blue and could once only ever dreamed of being involved in what we are right now

Bring it on you silly red nosed twat's as we are ready - CTID

What worries me is that we go from 5 points clear to 5 points behind. That my friend, is a fucking 10 point swing and clearly shows one side consistently getting results, and the other side not.

What I fear is that United well drop points, but we might not even be able to capitalise on it.

When we've only won 2 away matches since Christmas, I do not feel very confident...and to be honest, rightly so.

I do have hope, however, and that is different from confidence.

I don't think anyone can question the desire of the fans .... the average crowd number at the Etihad , and the passion and concern of the posts on here would appear to back that up.

It's the committment and desire of the players that is questionable .... how many City players were prepared to bust a gut against Sunderland ??

None , in my eyes ...

just at a time when we needed them most too ..

And there have been far too many non-performances lately when we could ask similar questions ...

the players have it all to do , and they know it too .... only points in the bag will change anything , not words , and only then if the rags slip up!

A win at Arsenal will tell me our players have not hoisted the white flag just yet.

If anything, a five point gap, with a seeming return to form, a game to come against United, it only needs a draw somewhere to change the equations.

That goal difference needs to come up now against West Brom, Norwich, Wolves and QPR, just in case.

That , i do agree with .....

but will we manage it ?

Against a resurgent Arsenal team .... and with us now finding ourselves playing catch-up , and all the pressure that incurs , and with us suffering from lack of form ???

We could also be eight points behind by then ...

a very important game yet again , and a definite must-win ...... no excuses this time , absolutely no room now for error!

Biggest game of the season, a one off cup final for both teams.

If Aguero is fit, I do think we have a decent chance with the amount of space both teams will give up.

Sky are salivating at coming to deliver the post mortem this Sunday.

It is the perfect opportunity for this club and group of players to remind a few of what we can do when we apply ourselves properly.

Fuck knows how they will react if QPR or Wigan get results against United over the coming week.

Next week is do-or-die, win our three games and we start to ask questions of them for a change.

I would rather be chasing a 5 point gap for first than an 5 point gap to get into last champions league spot.

It hurts more as we have just let it slip away. Not because of what other teams have managed but what we have done to ourselves.

But I agree with Tolmies here. What a week we have coming up.

I was that pissed off last night i couldnt sleep, we had the league in the bag but we have fucked it up by shit performances like on saturday and at swansea.

really pissed me off watching them scummy twats celibrating like they have won the league, their fans dont deserve it they are vile pieces of scum.

rant over.

Problem is, since Christmas we've (the team and the manager) have been saying we have to do this better we have to do that better etc. Fact is, they've talked the talk but haven't walked the walk. I've seen nothing recently that makes me think that suddenly we're going to be any different.

Does anyone really expect the rags to lose any points against QPR at home whilst we hammer Arsenal at their place?

Me neither.

When it comes to derby day, we may well win, but any rags will say it didn't matter as we'd won it already so we thought we'd let you have your little victory. Not sure baconface would see it like that, but from a fans perspective it would be a hollow victory at best.
