I think Bobb and Reijnders deserve praise but that is Ridiculous. De Bruyne is arguably the best midfielder we've ever had playing world class football for 10 years. Far too early to extol such high praise even though they both played really well. Let's see how they are in a season or two, or in 10 years.

I mean Bobb was compared to Lamine Yamal here yesterday so the KDB praise doesn’t even surprise me at this point

I saw Bobb before he broke his leg, the ball seemingly stuck to his feet and the instinct/quick thinking he possessed and wondered if we would see the same player when he returned.
It looks like I needn't have worried!
A brave and skilful lad he is and City need to keep him.
What with Bobb and Reijnders it's like having 2x KDB's!

I think it’s fair to be extremely excited about this kid

I also think as a pair playing together, Bobb & Lewis look great going forward every time I see them play together

Add Foden or Cherki to the right side of CM & that’s a trio with bags of potential

I thought hes the best thing since sliced bread and at the level of Yamal.

Just pointing out the lack of objectivity around here. There are crowd favorites and whipping boys. Thats just how it is, but its not the truth.

There are always crowd favourites.
There are very few of the current team up there in popularity with the players of a few years ago.
Bobb isn't bad but unproven.
I didn't think he was the worst today. Having said that, there was no one at their best.
I think Bobb , Doku , Savinho and Cherke will frustate of us when they are having an off day.

He should be the promising starlet biting at the heels of the senior wingers, but he is our best winger despite breaking his leg last year.

If he was a Yamal level talent I would disagree, but he isn't.

The club have allowed some serious talent on the wings to leave this football team over the last couple of years and the replacements have been nothing short of really poor.

I think he’s a really good player, one of our better players last week when we were on it, one of our better players when we were a shower today. So he’s doing well compared to most of his mates.

Still think it's his season and that's not to say that he would be the most valuable player to the team but on a personal level, I think he would grow a lot, improve his game play, his physicality and confidence.
