Yep. Was lively when we were on top but was trying to do too much when a simple pass was on.Felt like he tried to dribble a little TOO much.
There were a lot of times I saw 2 or 3 bodies back post and I thought
"Bobb is cutting... now cross! Stop dribbling 2 players"
None of the wingers are talented. All are extremely average. We’ve got talented wingers, Bobb very much fits that description - but for two years now all the wingers have been all sizzle and no sausage. Could it be the way we play is the problem not the players?
He’s not suddenly getting faster and stronger. He’s too weak, every team in the league now is packed with physical specimens that are throwing Bobb about. Probably be fine in any other leagueHe has had very little game time, give the lad a chance to get up to speed
Over saka or salah probably not right now. In a few years, yes. He’s a brilliant young player, who needs time to develop.Would he start for Liverpool?
Would he start for Arsenal?
The answer is surely no. Why does he start for us? We are fast becoming a team that accepts second best starters. Not a slighting Oscar Bobb this just an opinion.
It is laughable he’s our starting winger.Embarrassing post and way to describe a young player

Appreciate that but these days if you stand still you regress. Like I say not a slight on Oscar but in the here and now he should be playing one in five and gradually bedding inOver saka or salah probably not right now. In a few years, yes. He’s a brilliant young player, who needs time to develop.
Unless you only want ready made players? (Which we’ve never really had)
What do you mean if you stand still? We’re giving a talented young winger a chance, is that not trying something different.Appreciate that but these days if you stand still you regress. Thought he was alright, to be fair. Certainly the least of our issues.
